Our shop mainly serves customers in located Kenya. In addition, we are well placed to serve several other countries in the East and Central African region including Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, Ethiopia, Southern Sudan. We would be happy to serve customers in any other part of the world who may desire to buy books and other iitems fromus. Our Shipping Charges and Delivery Periods

Packages are generally dispatched within hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via courier services. If you prefer delivery by a specific courier company, an additional cost may be applied. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with relevant information to track your package.

Shipping fees, when applicable, include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees may vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees, if due, will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Shipping costs normally make-up the biggest portion of book buying costs. Our intention is to minimize the costs that you incur to ship what you buy from us. We are always looking out for the most affordable means to get your books to you. Presently we use postal or courier services to ship products to our customers. Our current charges and estimated shipping times are shown below:

Your Shipping Address
Since we depend on third parties to ship your purchases, it is important that the address that you provide us with be correct in all respects. Reconfirm your address (including the postal-code) as well as the telephone number before you finalize your first order. Should any item of information in your address change after you register with us, remember to notify us of the change by editing your profile in My Account
(by selecting Edit Profile and typing-in the change) before you make any new purchases.

Returns

We promise to sell you what you see and choose to buy from our store. Should you not be satisfied with any book that you receive from us, you are free to return it to us and we shall refund your all your money including the shipping charges paid to us. We shall accept your return of any book bought from us that fails to meet your expectations because it is not the title or brand that we said it was or it is damaged or faulty when you receive it from us.

To qualify for return, the item must be in good condition-not stained, scratched, wrinkled or damaged in any way. You must also have informed us of your intention to return the item not more than three days after you receive it from us.

As for returns of electronic items such as CDs and DVds, the packaging must not be opened or damaged. Theholographic seal or shrink wrap should be intact. Further, no refunds are allowed for these items but we can exchange them with identical or similar ones available in our stock. All e-books and audiobooks can by nature not be returned and once their download starts, the purchase cannot be canceled or purchase price refunded.

So if you receive a damaged or faulty book item from us, send us images depicting the damage caused. The images must also include the package that the items arrived in, including the delivery note. This will enable us to process your claim as quickly as possible and help us identify areas where our services can be improved.
